KRISTEN WARD has worked in all areas of real estate and developed a strong intuition for the many layers of succeeding in the industry. She decided to create a business that could offer agent support for the unique needs of real estate professionals, from contract to closing, by offering exceptional transaction coordinating services for agents. This became her main focus in 2018 when she founded Coastal Real Estate Services, which became the perfect outlet for her excitement and dedication for her real estate career.
Kristen lives in Virginia Beach and loves spending time at the beach with her husband and their children, and golden-doodle, Bayla.

Bayla Sugar is our CEO, Canine Enthusiasm Officer. Her roles range from laying on our feet to keep them warm under the desk, inserting multiple head scratching breaks when she senses we’ve been looking at the computer too long, and contributing an overall sense of happiness and love to our workdays. Her birthday is August 5th and she loves to swim!
